देश की पहली स्वदेशी एल्युमीनियम रैक वाली मालगाड़ी को ओडिशा के भुवनेश्वर में हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह मालगाड़ी हल्की होने के साथ ही अधिक माल ढुलाई में सक्षम है। इसे बेस्को लिमिटेड वैगन डिवीजन और एल्युनियम कंपनी हिंडाल्को के सहयोग से तैयार किया गया है। इसका कार्बन फुटप्रिंट भी कम है। प्रत्येक एल्युमीनियम रैक सेवाकाल में करीब 14,500 टन कम कार्बन उत्सर्जन करेगा।

🔶What is Menopause?
Menopause is not an illness or a concerning ailment; it is a natural process that occurs in females to mark the conclusion of menses.
🔶History
It was in 2009 that the International Menopause Society (IMS), in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), pulled in the need to begin observing days in awareness about the female reproductive phase.
Theme 2022
- Brain Fog and Memory Difficulties in Menopause is the theme 2022.
- Studies reveal that during this stage in a women's life, she experiences memory fade outs and difficulties in recollecting or remembering events and happenings.
- Subjected to some, the condition of brain fog can reportedly affect one's sleep cycle.
