*थीसिस और डिसर्टेशन में प्लैगरिज़्म के मामले में दंड:*

*इंस्टीट्यूशनल एकेडमिक इंटेग्रिटी पैनल (IAIP)* गंभीरता के अनुसार दंड निर्धारित करेगा।

1. *स्तर 0:* समानताएँ 10% तक - मामूली समानताएँ, कोई दंड नहीं।
2. *स्तर 1:* समानताएँ 10% से 40% तक - ऐसे छात्र को 6 महीने के भीतर संशोधित स्क्रिप्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए कहा जाएगा।प्रोफेसर अड्डा
3. *स्तर 2:* समानताएँ 40% से 60% तक - ऐसे छात्र को एक साल के लिए संशोधित स्क्रिप्ट प्रस्तुत करने से प्रतिबंधित किया जाएगा।
4. *स्तर 3:* समानताएँ 60% से अधिक - ऐसे छात्र की पंजीकरण रद्द कर दी जाएगी।

*सिफारिश की गई IAIP द्वारा और संस्थान के प्रमुख द्वारा अनुमोदित।*

*अकादमिक और शोध प्रकाशनों में प्लैगरिज़्म के मामले में दंड:*

*डिपार्टमेंटल एकेडमिक इंटेग्रिटी पैनल (DAIP):*

1. सभी विभागों में DAIP का गठन किया जाएगा:
- *अध्यक्ष:* विभागाध्यक्षप्रोफेसर अड्डा
- *सदस्य:* एक वरिष्ठ अकादमिक, जो विभाग के बाहर से नामित किया जाएगा।
- *सदस्य:* एक व्यक्ति जो एंटी-प्लैगरिज़्म उपकरणों में विशेषज्ञ हो, जिसे विभागाध्यक्ष द्वारा नामित किया जाएगा।

2. सदस्यों की नियुक्ति की अवधि 2 साल होगी। बैठक के लिए क्वोरम 3 में से 2 सदस्य होंगे (अध्यक्ष सहित)।

*इंस्टीट्यूशनल एकेडमिक इंटेग्रिटी पैनल (IAIP):*

1. HEI में IAIP का गठन किया जाएगा:
- *अध्यक्ष:* प्रॉ-VC/डीन/वरिष्ठ अकादमिक
- *सदस्य:* एक वरिष्ठ अकादमिक, जो अध्यक्ष के अलावा हो, जिसे HEI के प्रमुख द्वारा नामित किया जाएगा।

👉 UGC REGULATIONS,2018 🏝️🏝️

🎯 Plagiarism would be quantified into following levels in ascending order of severity for the purpose of its definition:

1. Level 0: Similarities upto 10% - Minor similarities, no penalty.

2. Level 1: Similarities above 10% to 40%

3. Level 2: Similarities above 40% to 60%

4. Level 3: Similarities above 60%

shall be 2 out of 3 members (including Chairman).
