🟦 Important announcement regarding Mi A3 - X2 exchange Offer
- From past few days we have noticed a lot of users are being recommended Mi A3 as exchange instead of changing the motherboard in X2
- We recommend you to reject the offer because of various reasons
♦️Poco X2 is much better in terms of specs and features
♦️Service center is giving MI A3 because lot of units got bricked due to an update.
♦️Mi A3 was priced around 12k with Snap 665 and HD+ panel
Whereas poco X2 was priced at ≈ 16k being a much better vfm package
♦️So its better to ask them for changing motherboard and reject the Mi A3 offer
If they don't repair your device for free
Kindly follow the steps for free replacement posted earlier 🙏🏻

Bhai koi service center wala free repair ni de rha .mera ek sc me to iske regarding fight ho gya tha to phir mai other sc gya to waha par v mana kr diya charge maang rhe the.mene proof diya jaya free repair ka bola gya hai.baadme unho phone submit kiya inspection ke naam par.kuch din baad mere bola phone replace hoga(new poco X2) fir mi A3 de rha tha last motherboard change kiya tab diya.1.5 mounth baad bana

We are poco Community want to draw attention of consumer forum about this cheating done to indian customer from CHINA company.
they recently pushed update to phone software which have damaged most of the motherboard and their camera has stopped working.
So far it has infected more then 500 users and slowly and daily many users are complaining the same.
Company has accepted in twitter post that it has done because of their recent update. (https://twitter.com/POCOSupport/status/1404825590515916808)
they are providing replacement to only devices under warranty and asking non warranty devices to pay.
We request you to interfere this matter and do needful. rightful and lawful way out.
Don't forget to attach letter from Poco stating that Update made camera dead while you file a case

Dear POCO users, A few of you have approached us with a 'camera not working' issue on the POCO X2. We have detailed out the steps that need to be followed to fix it. Please go through the letter to know more.
🟥 Important Announcement regarding the Group
- We admins , have come across the decision to stop fighting and asking jobsheets.
- We have tried our best to help the community and get free repairs.
Many have got it too , in case you need some jobsheets for anything.
🟣 So our final conclusion of this matter is - 👇
Issue was caused by poco by pushing Faulty update, you can get this statement from recordings of customer care.
(Though we suspect it was more of like manufacturing defects in the phone )
1) You can try service center , by urging them again and again calling customer care , showing jobsheets of people who got it resolved for free earlier.
2) Can try consumer court , you need a jobsheet number too for that. Remember , read the consumer law first and write a perfect report shaped on those laws targetting the bad doings of the company.
3) Alternatively u can try local phone repairs too. Could Costs around 1-3 k rs , search poco X2 ic reballing on YouTube to know more about what is it and how it's done. Ic reballing will fix both camera and touch issue too.
And get rid of this beautiful phone ruined by an incompetent management of popo.
*And never buy poco again in life , I wont and never say every phones will have issues , but staying with/ towards the customer in bad times(customer support) is also a thing, which was lacked by poco company in our case.
We are not going to delete the group , because it has so many important Files nd data on this , that can be used in future by anyone.
And also will keep posting important updates in channel as they come.
