Some Preventive measures
(Based on data collected till now)

- Try not to open any camera app
- Don't overcharge the device
- Don't let the phone heat
- Try maintaing temperature below 39°C
- Don't play heavy games like Genshin Impact / PUBG
- Remove camera permissions from apps where you can accidentally turn on camera
- Back Up your data ASAP
(OSS Vendor roms point is not included as we don't have any confirmation whether it is a hardware based issue or software
NOTE : Its still recommended to shift to OSS based roms)
