A federal judge has just ordered Patriot Front, its leader—Thomas Rousseau—and members William Ring (also known as “Tyler MD”) and Jacob Brown (also known as “John VA”) to pay over $470K in punitive damages after defacing the mural of Arthur Ashe in the Battery Park neighborhood.
