🔘ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ ଟିକାକୁ ଭାରତରେ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି, ଡିସେମ୍ବରରୁ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ ‘ମାଉନଜାରୋ’🔘
ମେଦ ବହୁଳତା ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୁସି ଖବର ଆସିଛି। ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମେରିକା କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏଲି ଲିଲି ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଟିକା ‘ମାଉନଜାରୋ’କୁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରେ ଥିବା ଉପାଦାନକୁ ‘ଟିର୍ଜେପେଟାଇଡ’ କୁହାଯାଏ। ଭାରତରେ କୌଣସି ଔଷଧ ତଥା ଟିକାର ବିକ୍ରି ଲାଗି ୨ଟି ସଂସ୍ଥାର ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ପଡ଼ିଥାଏ। ପ୍ରଥମେ ସିଡିଏସ୍ସିଓ ଏବଂ ପରେ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲର ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ (ଡିସିଜିଆଇ)ର ଅନୁମତି ନେବାକୁ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏବେ ସିଡିଏସ୍ସିଓ ଏହି ଟିକାକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଡିସିଜିଆଇ ଏହାକୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇପାରନ୍ତି। ଡିସେମ୍ବର ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏହି ଟିକା ଭାରତରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି।
ଏ ନେଇ ଅହମଦାବାଦର ଓବେସିଟି ସର୍ଜନ ଡ. ଅପୂର୍ବ ବ୍ୟାସ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଶରୀରରେ ୨ଟି ହର୍ମୋନ ରହିଥାଏ। ଫୋରଗଟ ହରମୋନ ରକ୍ତ ଶର୍କରା ସ୍ତର ବଢ଼ାଇ ଥାଏ ଏବଂ ହିଣ୍ଡଗଟ୍ ଶରୀରର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସୁଗାରକୁ ଜଳାଇ ଏହି ଶର୍କରା ସ୍ତରକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରିଥାଏ। ଏହି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଓଜନ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏହି ହର୍ମୋନକୁ ଜିଏଲପି-୧ କୁହାଯାଇଥାଏ। ଜିଏଲ୍ପି-୧ ହର୍ମୋନ ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କର ହାଇପୋଥେଲାମସକୁ ଯାଇ ତାହାକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିଥାଏ। ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ଭୋକ କମ୍ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଖାଇବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା ହୋଇ ନ ଥାଏ। ଫଳରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସୁଗାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା ଚର୍ବି ଧିରେ ଧିରେ କମ୍ ହେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଥାଏ। ଶରୀରରେ ହିଣ୍ଡଗଟ (ଜିଏଲପି-୧) ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିଥାଏ। ଏହା ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏହି ଟିକାକୁ ଯେ କେହି ବି ନେଇପାରିବେ। ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକ ଏବଂ ଟାଇପ୍-୨ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହାର ଅଲଗା ଅଲଗା ଡୋଜ୍ ରହିଛି। ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଁ କମ୍ ଡୋଜ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଥାଏ। ଯଦି ଏହା ସହତ ମଧୁମେହକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯିବ ତେବେ ଅଧିକ ଡୋଜ୍ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଉଭୟ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଟିକା ନେବା ଲାଭଜନକ ହେବ।
ମେଦ ବହୁଳତା ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୁସି ଖବର ଆସିଛି। ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମେରିକା କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏଲି ଲିଲି ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଟିକା ‘ମାଉନଜାରୋ’କୁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିରେ ଥିବା ଉପାଦାନକୁ ‘ଟିର୍ଜେପେଟାଇଡ’ କୁହାଯାଏ। ଭାରତରେ କୌଣସି ଔଷଧ ତଥା ଟିକାର ବିକ୍ରି ଲାଗି ୨ଟି ସଂସ୍ଥାର ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ପଡ଼ିଥାଏ। ପ୍ରଥମେ ସିଡିଏସ୍ସିଓ ଏବଂ ପରେ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲର ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ (ଡିସିଜିଆଇ)ର ଅନୁମତି ନେବାକୁ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏବେ ସିଡିଏସ୍ସିଓ ଏହି ଟିକାକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଡିସିଜିଆଇ ଏହାକୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇପାରନ୍ତି। ଡିସେମ୍ବର ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏହି ଟିକା ଭାରତରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି।
ଏ ନେଇ ଅହମଦାବାଦର ଓବେସିଟି ସର୍ଜନ ଡ. ଅପୂର୍ବ ବ୍ୟାସ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଶରୀରରେ ୨ଟି ହର୍ମୋନ ରହିଥାଏ। ଫୋରଗଟ ହରମୋନ ରକ୍ତ ଶର୍କରା ସ୍ତର ବଢ଼ାଇ ଥାଏ ଏବଂ ହିଣ୍ଡଗଟ୍ ଶରୀରର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସୁଗାରକୁ ଜଳାଇ ଏହି ଶର୍କରା ସ୍ତରକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରିଥାଏ। ଏହି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଓଜନ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏହି ହର୍ମୋନକୁ ଜିଏଲପି-୧ କୁହାଯାଇଥାଏ। ଜିଏଲ୍ପି-୧ ହର୍ମୋନ ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କର ହାଇପୋଥେଲାମସକୁ ଯାଇ ତାହାକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିଥାଏ। ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ଭୋକ କମ୍ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଖାଇବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା ହୋଇ ନ ଥାଏ। ଫଳରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସୁଗାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା ଚର୍ବି ଧିରେ ଧିରେ କମ୍ ହେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଥାଏ। ଶରୀରରେ ହିଣ୍ଡଗଟ (ଜିଏଲପି-୧) ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିଥାଏ। ଏହା ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ କରିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏହି ଟିକାକୁ ଯେ କେହି ବି ନେଇପାରିବେ। ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକ ଏବଂ ଟାଇପ୍-୨ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହାର ଅଲଗା ଅଲଗା ଡୋଜ୍ ରହିଛି। ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଁ କମ୍ ଡୋଜ୍ ଦିଆଯାଇଥାଏ। ଯଦି ଏହା ସହତ ମଧୁମେହକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯିବ ତେବେ ଅଧିକ ଡୋଜ୍ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଉଭୟ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଟିକା ନେବା ଲାଭଜନକ ହେବ।
🟡ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ପହିଲାରୁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ ନୂଆ ନିୟମ : କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡଠାରୁ ଫାସ୍ଟ୍ୟାଗ୍ ଯାଏ ସବୁ ବଦଳିବ🟡
ପ୍ରତି ମାସରେ କିଛି ନିୟମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେଉଛି। ତେବେ ସେଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ କିଛି ଏପରି ରହିଛି ଯେଉଁଗୁଡିକ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପକେଟ ଉପରେ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ରଭାବ ପକାଇଥାଏ। ଆସନ୍ତା ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ପହିଲାରୁ ଦେଶରେ ଅନେକ ନିୟମ ବଦଳିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏଥିରେ ଗ୍ୟାସ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି, କ୍ରେଡିଟ କାର୍ଡ ନିୟମ ଏବଂ ଫାସ୍ଟ୍ୟାଗ୍ ଯାଏ କେତେକ ନିୟମରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି।
🔅ୟୁଟିଲିଟି କାରବାର ପାଇଁ ନିୟମ
ଜୁଲାଇରେ ଲେଟ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ନେଇ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡରୁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ବିଲ୍, ଭଡା ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ୟୁଟିଲିଟି କାରବାର ପାଇଁ ନିୟମରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆସିଥିଲା। ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, କଲେଜ କିମ୍ବା ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଦେୟ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ଚାର୍ଜ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ଆପଣ ମୋବିକ୍ୱିକ୍, ସିଆରଇଡି ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ତୃତୀୟ ପକ୍ଷ ଆପ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ପେମେଣ୍ଟ କରନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଚାର୍ଜ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିବ। କାରବାର ପିଛା ସୀମା ହେଉଛି ୩୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା। ସେହିଭଳି, ତୃତୀୟ ପକ୍ଷ ଆପ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୫୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦେୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଚାର୍ଜ ଲାଗିପାରେ।

ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ପହିଲାରୁ ଗ୍ୟାସ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି। ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମାସ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ତୈଳ କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡିକ ଏଲପିଜି ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ସଂଶୋଧନ କରିଥାନ୍ତି। ଯଦିବା ଜୁଲାଇରେ ୧୯ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇଥିଲା। ଏଥର ମଧ୍ୟ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡରର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ହ୍ରାସ କରାଯାଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି।
🔅ଫାସ୍ଟ୍ୟାଗ୍ର ନୂଆ ନିୟମ
ଟୋଲ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ଅପ୍ଡେଟ୍ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଟୋଲ୍ ପ୍ଲାଜାରେ ଭିଡ଼ କମାଇବା ଲାଗି ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ମାସରୁ ଫାସ୍ଟ୍ୟାଗ୍ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ନୂଆ ନିୟମ ଲାଗୁ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏଥିରେ ୩-୫ ବର୍ଷ ପୁରୁଣା ଫାସ୍ଟ୍ୟାଗ୍ର କେୱାଇସିର ଅପ୍ଡେଟ୍ କରାଯିବ।
🔅ଏଚ୍ଡିଏଫ୍ସି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡ ନିୟମ
ପହିଲାରୁ ଏଚ୍ଡିଏଫସି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଟାଟା ନ୍ୟୁ ଇନଫିନିଟି ଏବଂ ଟାଟା ନ୍ୟୁ ପ୍ଲସ୍ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯିବ। ଏହି କାର୍ଡଧାରୀମାନେ ଟାଟା ନ୍ୟୁ ୟୁପିଆଇ ଆଇଡି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି କାରବାର ଉପରେ ୧.୫% ନୂତନ କଏନ୍ ପାଇବେ।
🔅ଗୁଗୁଲ୍ ମ୍ୟାପ୍ସ ଦ୍ୱାରା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ନିୟମର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ
ଗୁଗୁଲ୍ ମ୍ୟାପ୍ସ ଦ୍ୱାରା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ନିୟମର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ପହିଲାରୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହେବ। କମ୍ପାନୀ ଭାରତରେ ଏହାର ସେବା ପାଇଁ ଦେୟକୁ ୭୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହ୍ରାସ କରିଛି। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଗୁଗୁଲ୍ ମ୍ୟାପ୍ସ ସେବା ପାଇଁ ଡଲାର ବଦଳରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଟଙ୍କାରେ ଚାର୍ଜ ନେବ। ଏହି ନିୟମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା ସାଧାରଣ ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କ୍ଷତିକାରକ କିମ୍ବା ଲାଭଦାୟକ ହେବନାହିଁ।
ପ୍ରତି ମାସରେ କିଛି ନିୟମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେଉଛି। ତେବେ ସେଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ କିଛି ଏପରି ରହିଛି ଯେଉଁଗୁଡିକ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପକେଟ ଉପରେ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ରଭାବ ପକାଇଥାଏ। ଆସନ୍ତା ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ପହିଲାରୁ ଦେଶରେ ଅନେକ ନିୟମ ବଦଳିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି। ଏଥିରେ ଗ୍ୟାସ ସିଲିଣ୍ଡର ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି, କ୍ରେଡିଟ କାର୍ଡ ନିୟମ ଏବଂ ଫାସ୍ଟ୍ୟାଗ୍ ଯାଏ କେତେକ ନିୟମରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି।
🔅ୟୁଟିଲିଟି କାରବାର ପାଇଁ ନିୟମ
ଜୁଲାଇରେ ଲେଟ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ନେଇ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡରୁ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ବିଲ୍, ଭଡା ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ୟୁଟିଲିଟି କାରବାର ପାଇଁ ନିୟମରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆସିଥିଲା। ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, କଲେଜ କିମ୍ବା ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ୱେବସାଇଟ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଦେୟ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ଚାର୍ଜ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ଆପଣ ମୋବିକ୍ୱିକ୍, ସିଆରଇଡି ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ତୃତୀୟ ପକ୍ଷ ଆପ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ପେମେଣ୍ଟ କରନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଚାର୍ଜ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିବ। କାରବାର ପିଛା ସୀମା ହେଉଛି ୩୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା। ସେହିଭଳି, ତୃତୀୟ ପକ୍ଷ ଆପ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୫୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦେୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଚାର୍ଜ ଲାଗିପାରେ।

ପହିଲାରୁ ଏଚ୍ଡିଏଫସି ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଟାଟା ନ୍ୟୁ ଇନଫିନିଟି ଏବଂ ଟାଟା ନ୍ୟୁ ପ୍ଲସ୍ କ୍ରେଡିଟ୍ କାର୍ଡରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯିବ। ଏହି କାର୍ଡଧାରୀମାନେ ଟାଟା ନ୍ୟୁ ୟୁପିଆଇ ଆଇଡି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି କାରବାର ଉପରେ ୧.୫% ନୂତନ କଏନ୍ ପାଇବେ।
