Three things landed since the last update. None of them is a price.

1. Komodo DeFi Framework — accepted. The listing request we filed is merged (github.com/GLEECBTC/coins/pull/1964). The Komodo maintainer ran an atomic swap against our chain before merging it. PCN can now be added to wallets and apps built on KDF for peer-to-peer atomic swaps — no exchange, no custodian, no order book. Each wallet picks it up with its next coins update, so if you do not see PCN in yours yet, that is why.

2. SRBMiner-Multi mines PCN out of the box. From version 3.5.6 it carries a randompcn algorithm (CPU only, the miner's usual dev fee applies). We tested it against the pool: it logs in, gets work, and its shares are accepted.

The built-in miner in the PCoin apps and packages is still the one we support first — this is an extra option for people who already run SRBMiner.

3. LiveCoinWatch lists PCoin — livecoinwatch.com. The page shows no price, and that is correct: PCN is not on any exchange and has no market price. price.pc.am is the rate our own services redeem at, not a market.

Read this before you buy
• wPCN is a claim on PCN, not PCN. Backed 1:1 by a public PCN reserve: wrapdesk.pc.am/proof
• The pool is small (~$925): a ~$20 trade moves the price ~10%. We trade it ourselves, capped, to hold it near the price.pc.am rate. Expect volatility.
• Liquidity is not locked; we hold the LP tokens.
• Add the token by contract address. MetaMask shows it; Exodus refuses it for now (screening not cleared yet; review requested).
• Redeem any time: wrapdesk.pc.am/redeem burns your wPCN and a person sends PCN. Hours, not minutes.

How it works
1. wrapdesk.pc.am — enter your BSC address and the amount. You get a PCoin deposit address that is yours alone.
2. Send PCN to it. After 100 confirmations (about 18 hours) a person sends your wPCN.
3. Follow it at wrapdesk.pc.am/track with your deposit address.

The terms
• 250 PCN per person, 1,500 wPCN in total while the desk is new. Limits rise as the pool deepens.
• 5% fee — friction, not income. It stays in the reserve and over-backs the token: wrapdesk.pc.am/proof
• Manual and slow on purpose. A person checks and releases; nothing is automated.
• Back the other way any time: redeem() on the contract burns wPCN and we send PCN.

A PCoin wallet for Windows

Until today, holding PCN on a desktop meant running the miner or using the command line. There is now a proper wallet app.

PCoinWallet — twelve-word recovery phrase, receive by QR code, send with a fee choice, full history, and a private address book you can export and import. The same twelve words open your wallet on Android; both are BIP39/BIP84 on coin type 9444'.

It is a separate program from the miner, with its own folder, its own node and its own port. It never mines. Both can run on the same PC — that was tested on a machine that kept mining throughout.

Install, in PowerShell:

It verifies the download's SHA-256 and refuses to install if it cannot. Or take pcoin-win64-wallet.zip from the v1.4.0 release and run it yourself. Uninstall from Settings then Apps; the uninstaller copies your phrase file, address book and wallet file out before deleting anything.

Two honest notes. The binary is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen will show its blue "protected your PC" box the first time — More info, then Run anyway. And your twelve words are the only way back into that wallet: write them down on paper, off the machine.

PCoin Wallet is on Google Play

The Android wallet is published. Search "PCoin Wallet" on Google Play, or open:

It runs a real PCoin full node on your phone. Not a light client asking us what
your balance is — your phone validates the chain itself and answers its own
questions.

• Non-custodial. A 12-word recovery phrase, held in Android's hardware keystore.
The key physically cannot sign without your device unlock.
• Free. No ads, no in-app purchases, no account, no email address.
• Send, receive, address book, fee tiers, full history.

Two honest notes. The first sync downloads the chain, so give it time and a
decent connection. And write your twelve words down before you put coins in it —
if you lose them, nobody can recover your PCN, and that includes us.

Mine PCoin solo. Keep the whole block.

One pool currently finds about 75% of PCoin blocks. That is not how an independent chain should look, and we would rather say it than hope nobody checks. Solo mining is the fix, and it is one setting.

What changes: a pool pays a small steady share; solo pays the whole 50 PCN block, then quiet. At ~455 kH/s a 500 H/s desktop averages one block every ~6 days, 1 kH/s every ~3. Averages, not a schedule — both are fine, and new installs default to the pool on purpose.

Why it matters: if enough of you mine solo, no single operator — us included — decides what PCoin's history looks like.

Pool outage resolved — nothing for you to do

Between 08:22 and 12:05 UTC the pool found blocks but could not hand them to the node, so those rewards were lost. It is fixed. Blocks are being accepted again — chain height 6621.

Why: the pool passed a mined block to the node as a single command-line argument. Linux caps one argument at 131,072 bytes, and blocks have now grown past that, so the hand-off failed before the node saw it. A latent bug, tripped by an ordinary block of consolidation transactions.

Cost: 17 block rewards destroyed — 9 today, 8 in two earlier episodes nobody spotted. 51 miners hashed through today's stall and were paid nothing for it. That was our server, not your setup, and I am sorry.

You need to do nothing. Miner software is unaffected: no update, no reconfiguration. Shares and payouts continue as normal.

Fixed by passing blocks over stdin, which has no size limit — plus a new watcher that checks every 5 minutes that the pool can still submit.
