Update Notice – Pangea
We want to be completely transparent with you.
The next Pangea update is taking a bit longer than expected, and the main reason is something that truly matters to us: your gameplay experience.
Over the past weeks, we have received multiple reports of players using third-party files and hacks, which seriously harm game balance and the enjoyment of the community. Because of this, we decided to take extra time to work on a proper and effective solution to address these issues.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but please know that this delay exists because we care about you and the future of Pangea.
The update is coming, and it will include many surprises, important improvements, and most importantly, an experience free from hacks and unfair advantages.

OFFICIAL NOTICE - PANGEA PRIMAL AGE

Hello Survivors,

We are currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions due to a CONFIRMED TECHNICAL INCIDENT on our database infrastructure provider.

REPORTED ISSUES:
- Difficulty logging in
- Slow profile data loading
- Possible errors when saving progress
- Issues with in-game currency

CURRENT STATUS:
Our data infrastructure provider is actively investigating the problem (HTTP 500 errors in US regions). You can verify the official status.
ESTIMATED TIME:
These types of incidents are typically resolved within 1-3 hours, although we are constantly monitoring the situation.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Avoid making important purchases until services normalize
- If you encounter errors, wait a few minutes and retry
- DO NOT reinstall the game, it will not resolve the issue

We appreciate your understanding and patience. We will keep you informed.

PANGEA – REALISM SERVER RULES
To ensure a fair, immersive, and realistic experience for everyone, the following rules apply to all players:
• No killing without a valid reason (No KOS).
• No mixpacking between carnivore species.
• No killing players at spawn areas (No Spawn Kill).
• No third-party interference during active fights.
• You must eat what you kill.
• Respect species group limits.
• Herbivores cannot attack without a valid reason.
• No exploiting bugs or safe spots.
• No combat logging to avoid death.
• No insults or toxic behavior in chat.
Group Limits:
• Large Carnivores: Maximum 2–3 per group.
• Medium Carnivores: Maximum 4–5 per group.
• Herbivores: Unlimited, but no mixing overpowered species combinations.
There will be active administrators inside the Pangea servers monitoring gameplay to ensure all rules are respected.
If a player breaks the rules, they will be removed from the server. If the same player rejoins and breaks the rules again, a temporary ban will be applied. Continued violations over the following days will result in a permanent ban.
At Pangea, we continue working to provide players with a high-quality and truly realistic experience inside the game. We expect everyone to respect these rules.
