CANBERRA CAMPOUT UPDATE

The Big Canberra Campout now has two locations for Freedom Movement members to choose from:

1. Camp Freedom: Exhibition Park In Canberra (EPIC)
and
2. Ground Zero: Patrick White Terrace

The two campsites have slightly different objectives in what they aim to do while in Canberra

Camp Freedom is dedicated to hosting Freedom Rally style events at Parliament House and other Canberra locations, and will have a planned schedule of actions for the campsite members to do each day as a unified group in support of Freedom.

Camp Freedom opposes Vaccine Mandates, Vaccine Passports, Lockdowns, Mask Mandates and We demand the resignation of Scott Morrison for his inaction at the federal level to support Australian Freedom.

We will focus our actions into a main Saturday Rally at Parliament House or another movement relevant location each day.

Ground Zero is dedicated to holding the land in support of indigenous land Sovereignty, and building a self-sufficient community to remain permanently in place at the campsite, and will not be having rally events each day.

Ground Zero demands the resignation of the entire federal government, and all state governments.

At @OzTrucksToCanberraUpdates we support this two campsite solution to provide all convoy members a suitable choice that is in line with their expectations of what they aim to do while staying here.

While it is unfortunate that two the campsites could not come to a resolution and remain unified, there were irreconcilable differences in their objectives and organizing strategies that have lead to this outcome.

We wish both camps all the best, and hope that we can both come together in support of the objectives that we both have in common.

Rally to Parliament House is now departing from the Campsite

BREAKING: Protective services officers are preventing demonstrators from bringing the Australian Flag onto the parliamentary precinct area

The Parliament House Rally is now forming a car convoy starting at the Questacon car park and heading back to Camp Freedom. Departing at 5pm.

This morning, the Tow Truck company All States removed 3 vehicles under the direction of the ACT police.

This company would like to apologize for towing the cars of the campers at Patrick White Terrace.

The owners of the company were under contract, and were not informed that they would be used to remove camper's vehicles.

After realizing the situation, and towing only 3 vehicles, the company refused to tow any additional cars, directly halting the police operation.

The company refused to accept payment for their services, and ensured that the vehicles were only moved 100m down the road to ensure that they were not impounded.

The owners of the company have profusely and emotionally apologized to multiple organizers of the Convoy To Canberra.

They have additionally donated $300.00 towards the accommodation of the campers at Exhibition Park.

We hope that this clarifies the situation, and that the members of the Freedom Movement can accept their apology.
