⦁ A digital reloading of 20,346 ballots.

⦁ 5,567 ballots without corresponding .sha files.

CRITICAL FINDINGS FROM THE 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION

⦁ An unauthorized creation of new election databases during early voting on March 30th, 2021.

⦁ A digital reloading of 2,974 ballots.

⦁ 4,458 without corresponding .sha files.

What this shows is that during early voting, someone randomly created a new election, reloaded ballots into the new election, and MOST LIKELY changed the voters intent on thousands of ballots. At the very least, there's no way for you to know the original intent of the voter.

Jeffrey O'Donnell also notes that Dominion's trusted build destroyed all data on the EMS drive, including batch records that evidenced the creation of these new databases, which would make the manipulations invisible to election officials.
