Cop out: judge rules injunction not needed because School assured the court that children would not be excluded from education.

What this means is the teachers’ bullying, shaming and pressure tactics will continue and kids will continue to damage their health out of fear. Not just in this school but all others.

What is needed now is a case proving that bullying and coercion is being used to make children comply with measures harmful to their health.

FWIW: a lukewarm and necessarily PC judgment on the school mask 😷 injunction case, BUT as judges often do, I believe he has given strong hints as to how this issue can be tackled more successfully.
