The UKMFA, Lawyers for Liberty and The Workers Union of England have published an Open Letter to Employers demanding Covid-19 Vaccination of Employees, for employees and potential employees to share with employers who are proposing to mandate Covid-19 vaccines on their employees. It outlines the legal rights of the employee to informed consent, bodily autonomy and medical freedom, and relevant employment law protections afforded to employees. It summarises the legal duties of employers. It also summarises the potential risks of Covid-19 vaccines and the trial data which indicates that Covid-19 vaccines do NOT prevent infection or transmission of the virus. Please share far and wide - this should protect workers from unlawful mandates and stop them being sacked for refusing to comply.

58% vaccination rate for the UK is all they need, if their THEORIES were correct.

60 mill in the UK. 58% is 35 million. 2 doses gives you 70 million. They’ve ordered around 2 billion. They’re complaining of lack of supply (bullshit).

First, do you think the proportion of people wishing to decline the vaccine justifies the intense focus on eradicating “vaccine hesitancy” and suppressing our views to this effect? I DON’T.

Second, do you think they could have ensured availability of adequate supplies so they’re not in a position to blame lack of supply for people dying because they’re not getting their second dose on time? I DO.

They could have quietly gone about their business of getting supplies and getting the stupid vax out to those who are stupid enough to queue up for it, and they’d have easily caught 62% of the population without a fuss.

But no. They are AFRAID of us, of our power, of the fact we know the truth and the fact that human beings resonate with the truth when they hear it. They need to employ underhand tactics and spread lies and harmful disinformation because it’s the only way they know how to reach people.

Well, the sun shines warmly and invitingly while the wind blows harsh and cold. People will hear us and warm to us, because we are the sun of truth. People are dying, and their relatives may be currently blind but they will eventually hear the truth because we are consistent in our message, we do not change goalposts, contradict ourselves or play games.

Every soul has the source of inherent, unlimited wisdom and the potential to see the light.

Lies, lies, lies, lies... he did have the vaccine... he didn’t have the vaccine... which is it? If all the hits from a Google search now tell you he didn’t have it, and this video clip is now nowhere to be found, does it mean this reporter got it wrong?

The spineless controlled reporter Ciara O’Loughlin frames it as though it’s because these people hadn’t got their second shot yet, and that the public aren’t adhering to guidelines.

But if you’ve been following what’s been happening in the trials, like I have, you know the first shot is meant to produce the bulk of the increased antibodies to this poxy virus. (Most participants started out with antibodies!!).

The second dose didn’t make that much of a difference. It’s just a booster. Most trial subjects didn’t get the second dose! Because they got sick from the first!!!

So, even if the care home had that one “case” just prior to the rollout, this “vaccine” if effective, should have given the residents a decent amount of immunity to the disease, but it clearly didn’t. They the same way as those in the trials (for all the vaccines!!) - they got sick after the first dose. Except, unlike the trial participants, these were exceptionally frail guinea pigs and sadly didn’t survive the evil experiment.

Answering this question I’ve just been asked by a CACUK cohort:

“If Dr Reiner Fuellmich wins his global class action lawsuit, can victims of this covid19 crimes against humanity claim compensation from all institutions, individuals etc who are actually supporting the official covid19 propaganda and measures? I'm talking about not just money, but liquidating all assets these anti-human criminals have and give it all to those who have suffered and to those who lost loved ones etc.

“Rather than compensation from taxpayers as a collective, because many of those taxpayers, like myself, are absolutely against the official covid19 propaganda and measures”

Answer:

1. The Fuellmich case is not yet a global class action, nor has the Fuellmich team’s work been applied to any part of the UK as yet.

2. CACUK is a negligence case against government officials for harms suffered by people in the UK only. It can be seen as a parallel case to the Fuellmich case, which is currently running in Germany, the US and Canada.

3. CACUK is a civil case, not a criminal case. There are no “victims” in a civil case, only “claimants.” (A separate criminal case is being pursued elsewhere.)

4. If the case wins, you cannot claim compensation from any individual or institution who supports the measures. Only the named defendant can be ordered to pay damages and this is decided by the judge(s). If you have a claim against a particular company, you must pursue that separately as a personal claim.

5. The defendant in a civil case is not found “guilty” of a crime and is not called a “criminal” from a legal standpoint. If the case were to escalate to the ICC, that may change.

6. As to the source of any compensatory funds, that depends on whether the defendant is liable in their personal capacity or as part of an organisation.
