Cop out: judge rules injunction not needed because School assured the court that children would not be excluded from education.
What this means is the teachers’ bullying, shaming and pressure tactics will continue and kids will continue to damage their health out of fear. Not just in this school but all others.
What is needed now is a case proving that bullying and coercion is being used to make children comply with measures harmful to their health.
Law or fiction case here showing the cop out ruling that will help no one, unless WE carry on putting the pressure on schools to stop hurting our children:
