What I Have Learned from Elderly People –
5 Life Lessons That Touched My Heart

In my work with elderly people, I have learned a lot about life – about dreams, love, pain, and letting go. Some stories moved me deeply and have stayed with me to this day. Here are five insights I will never forget:

1. Live Your Talents – Before It’s Too Late
Many said they never took the path they wished for. They followed parents or expectations – and regretted it decades later. But some rediscovered their dreams in old age – their radiance was unforgettable.
