Mohammed Aziz, a 71-year-old bookseller in Rabat, Morocco, has spent around 50 years reading 6-8 hours a day and running a small bookshop in the heart of the old city.
Despite facing hardship as an orphan, Aziz has made it his life's mission to make books accessible to all, offering discounted prices to students and leaving his books unattended outside, believing that "those who can't read don't steal books, and those who can, aren't thieves."
His lifelong dedication to reading and bookselling has made him a beloved landmark on Mohammed V Avenue in Rabat.

Is Our Freedom Stolen?
On April 1, 1929, during New York City's grand Easter Parade, a group of women defiantly lit cigarettes and smoked openly, an act that stunned people of that time. These women, with their "Torches of Freedom," symbolized a break from societal norms and a bold declaration of women's independence. The media eagerly captured the moment, and soon, the image of the liberated female smoker became a powerful emblem of emancipation. From that day till now cigarettes become the symbol of women's liberation and equality.
Yet, behind this dramatic act lay the cunning mind of Edward Bernays, the father of public relations. Hired by the American Tobacco Company, Bernays orchestrated the entire scene to manipulate public perception and boost cigarette sales. His calculated campaign and ongoing first wave of feminism turned smoking into a symbol of women's liberation, leaving us to question whether our notions of freedom are truly our own or cleverly crafted illusions.

Five common myths about the Moon:
1. The Moon Has a Dark Side: All sides of the Moon receive sunlight at different times during its orbit. The far side of the Moon is simply the side that always faces away from Earth.
2. The Moon Is Made of Green Cheese: This old folklore likely originated from the Moon's pockmarked appearance. In reality, the Moon is made of rock and dust.
3. Full Moons Cause Insanity: The term "lunacy" comes from the Latin word for Moon, "luna." However, scientific studies show no significant link between the Moon's phases and human behavior.
4. The Moon Controls Birth Rates and Menstrual Cycles: There is no scientific evidence to support a direct link between the lunar cycle and these biological processes, despite the similar average length of a lunar month and a menstrual cycle.
5. The Moon Landings Were Faked: Conspiracy theories claim the Apollo moon landings were faked, but there is overwhelming evidence, including moon rocks, extensive documentation, and astronauts' testimonies.

I was fluent in love, but the stars needed subtitles; with a new morning, I see the translation clearly. Now, there's me and another new morning, but neither good thoughts nor beautiful roses.
