DIY drink for boosting metabolism

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, ACV
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp ginger
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of cayenne pepper
PREPARATION
Take a glass jar and mix all of them and take it in the early morning (6-7AM) in summer to boost your metabolism
