When did Vaccines, Virus, News Media reports and interviews where half truth and half deceptions are being spoken. So they can use the simplest psy-op ABCs fold out. Create a hero and gain peoples confidence by using f.ex. "No Mask Mandate in our State." (And yet supporting the vaccines)
