(Meaning, in the lack of food, only vaccinated people will be allowed to buy food and beverages. While the non vaccinated will have to starve, or eat an alternatively GMO ( x-injected) foods. If they want to survive. They will also isolate the non vaxers and centralize the spectrum.. As an example of saving the people from those who don't want to contribute to the world safety. 24/7 watch, limited roam and either way - the food will be injected with the Vax.
