⚡️Hundreds of Flights in France Canceled as Air Traffic Control Workers Strike

At least 1,000 flights have been canceled Friday as French air traffic controllers take strike action over inflation eroding their pay, affecting some 80,000 passengers.

Air France could not rule out further delays and last-minute cancellations in a statement made Thursday, telling passengers to postpone their trips.

The move has led to Europe's largest budget airline, Ryanair, also slashing 420 flights as departures all across Europe traverse French airspace. "It is inexplicable that thousands of European citizens/visitors will have their travel plans unfairly disrupted by yet another French ATC strike", it said in a statement.
