2022's #worldmentalhealthday theme is 'Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority. Approximately 6.5% of the burden of disease in Ethiopia is attributed to depression, according to studies by Abdulahi H, Mariam DH, and Abbay AG, Mulatu AT. Mental disorders accounted for 11% of the total disease burden in a predominantly rural area, with schizophrenia and depression among the top ten most burdensome conditions.
