📝 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic team player to join as a Domain Expert, responsible for supporting the development of our EMR System. The Domain Expert brings clinical expertise to guide product development, advising on real-world healthcare practices, assessing current workflows, and providing solutions for enhanced EMR usability.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Contribute clinicians’ perspectives in requirement studies and specifications.

Analyze and internalize requirements from a practitioner’s perspective.

Assist the project team in understanding actual healthcare practices.

Advise on practical usability of EMR systems.

Serve as a skilled clinical resource for non-health team members.

Act as the domain expert for clinical workflow-related activities.

Train end-users (physicians, nurses, midwives, laboratory professionals) on EMR use.

Assist in developing/revising training manuals, user guides, and cheat sheets.

Develop documentation such as literature reviews as needed.

Participate or lead focus groups to gather requirements and enhancements for EMR and related products.

Train non-health team members on basics of health and the Ethiopian Health System.

Serve as the main point of contact and application SME for health facilities during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Provide on-site go-live support, optimization, and continuous assistance.

Implement customized training curriculums for physician office staff.

Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager on all assigned tasks.

📚 Required Skills & Qualifications

MD or Health Officer

Strong team player

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
