*Key Responsibilities:*
- Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js (TypeScript), MySQL/Drizzle, Axiom, and Sentry to support the evolving needs of Glider’s platform.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated devops with experience in EVM stack (or similar) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have mix of conventional technologies and blockchain background.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure for EVM side chain (indexers, explorers and other infra).
- Work closely with development teams to integrate blockchain technologies, ensuring smooth deployment of new features and updates.
- Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle for off-chain software components.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy hotfixes to ensure uninterrupted service uptime.
- Proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within the infrastructure.

*Qualifications:*
- 2+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar role.
- Experience with any blockchains (EVM stack is preferrable), DeFi, and/or dApps is a big plus.
- Proficient in network, server, and application status monitoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
- Working experience with blockchain technology, specifically with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within and across teams.
- Proficiency in English.
