Mutual fund
A mutual fund is an open-end professionally managed investment fund that pools money from many investors to purchase securities. Mutual funds are "the largest proportion of equity of U.S. corporations." Mutual fund investors may be retail or institutional in nature.

Bond like debentures is an acknowledgement of debt issued under the common seal of a company and signed by an authorised signatory example of a bonds are deep discount bond and zero coupon bond.

as “application of costing and cost accounting principles, methods and techniques to the science, art and practice of cost control and the ascertainment of profitability as well as the presentation of information for the purpose of managerial decision-making.”
Cost accounting can be explained as follows:
1. Cost accounting is the process of accounting for cost which begins with the recording of income and expenditure and ends with the preparation of statistical data.
2. It is the formal mechanism by means of which cost of products and services are ascertained and controlled.
