Good Morning Team, This Market is in Euphoric phase & tough to gauge the top & rather than predicting that, better to go with the flow & Enjoy the ride as much as possible. Yesterday's action was purely to shake out some weak hands & at the same time, Nifty is clearly in Overbought territory & need some cool off, before it begun with the next set of moves. BN which was a Laggard for sometime is expected to make some moves in the upcoming days. Also, considering the Reliance demerger & all contracts set to expire today will be interesting to watch, as Price discovery for Jio Financial Services is set to happen tomorrow. One thing Markets have done is it has lured many Options Writers to turn Buyers, which is not a good sign. Once you taste success in Buying, it will be difficult to change your style & it will be tough to go back to Selling, as you would have been addicted to higher ROI. This Market is definitely gonna test lot of new players & get ready for some Rollercoaster ride in the upcoming months with leading to General Elections next year. Good Morning Team, After Tuesdays move with Dow been on a roll for the past 8 days, our Markets are in no mood to correct due to overbought territory. But considering the way BN is losing its momentum, it's better to be cautious at these levels. Today Nifty will play a different game due to Jio Financial Services Price discovery, hence it will be prudent to avoid till afternoon & most Importantly when everyone expects Nifty to touch 20 K it doesn't work like that. Like last time when Nifty came to 18998.85 & everyone was buying dips for 19 K & it corrected all the way to 16866. Moreover VIX which was supposed to go below 10, trying to move above 11, which is a warning sign. What we witness is Euphoric phase & market makes Traders to regret for missing the rally & make them succumb to getting into top. There used to be a Period when Hangseng levels used to match with BN, now it's matching with Nifty & interestingly Nifty has surpassed it. Moral of the story, we can't be keep climbing this forever & we will retrace someday & will be totally dead Market for sometime. Prepare yourself for that as well. Overall heading into Today's Expiry with Slight Bullish tinge for Morning & if there's any Gap up, will avoid trades till we get a clear direction. See You all in Live Commentary @ 8.30 AM.
