Good Morning Team, Looks like our Markets are headed for tepid start. Dow has been making Interesting moves for the past couple of days, but our Markets are on Profit Booking mode for the past 3 days. We are almost at make or break levels. Watch for 11000 on Nifty and 21300 on BN. Both need to sustain for further upside rally. I'm expecting another lacklustre day with Dow Futures and Hangseng trending lower, our data on Monthly numbers seem to show recovery, but GST Collection below par and also RBI Policy Meet will provide further impetus for any rally this week. Most importantly what Reliance does today will be interesting, it has almost fallen 200 points and I expect a small pull back and IT cooling off a bit. This week will be more of Time wise consolidation and you will see Friday kinda off move where Premium Erosion will dominate after early hour moves. I think as a Trader this will test your patience with odd moves here and there. If we open huge gap down, i won't be in a hurry to short this market, unless the above levels are Broken.
