I think Dog, the big bad dog, bounty hunter man is sort of talking out of his ass. Fugitive Recovery in general has a shit ton of liability, if they were actually deputized by ICE, I think it would come with like, insane restrictions. LE in general already fucking hates "bounty hunters". So, I dunno bout this one boys.
