I can't wait to get on a new plane built in 2030

Bro I work at Boeing with a few others in this clique on TG. Boeing offers a tuition reimbursement system and internship program. That sounds fun, but the consequence is entire programs on-site, everything from 737 Max 8s to uhhh, really spicy government planes, but while these technicians have credentials, they fill the trope of millennial/X'er graduates whose problem solving and pattern analysis skills stopped developing past age 5. I am legitimately surprised there aren't more failures in the industry.
