Most of all, I trust that you have already begun thinking about your goals for the year; be it business or personal.

One of my personal goals this year is to build strength as I take more time to care for my health.

Going back to the gym is not an option for me, but I can do a number of exercises at home with my body weight.

I know how difficult it is getting back into the habit of working out after I’ve been out of practice for years,

so I know that throwing myself into 30 minutes of 1 hour workouts is unsustainable. Instead, I have opted to only do 20 Squats a day for the next 365 Days.

I read Atomic Habits 3 times last year and one thing I have learned is that, to build a sustainable habit,

it is important to stick to doing the smallest things consistently over time- whether it is in life and business.

Whether you have decided to become a better writer, post more consistently on social media, workout more often, have a savings goal,

Or you want to sell something everyday, drink more water, learn a new language,

to journal daily, pray and meditate everyday or some other activity, do the smallest thing but do it consistently.

To help you stick to consistency and provide accountability, I have created an accountability group on Telegram where we will meet everyday to check in on each other.
