Everybody reading this knows how to set goals. In fact, we have all set goals before, but somehow they just don't seem to get done, year after year.
Your problem isn't that you don't know how to set goals correctly, or that you don't know how to achieve those goals. It isn't that your goals are too big ; in fact, studies have shown that most people set goals that are too small.
So what then is the problem? Why is it that year after year, these goals go unrealised? Why is it that despite your best efforts, it just doesn't happen for you?
In my 10 years of studying the art and science of Goal Setting, I have found that it all comes down to ONE thing, and that is: WHO YOU ARE WHEN YOU SET THE GOALS VERSUS WHO YOU BECOME AFTER THE THOSE GOALS HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.
You spend so much time worrying about the goals themselves, but how much tome do you spend working on your own transformation?
The person you are now, is incapable of achieving those goals; for things to change, you MUST change with them. Goals make us into different people. The person I was on January 1st this year, is not the same person I am today.
Goals take us from Point A to Point B in our lives. This process is called TRANSFORMATION and it is different for everybody. So, how do you begin the process of transformation so that at the end of 2023, you not only become a different person, you find your goals achieved?
