In my 10 years of studying the art and science of Goal Setting, I have found that it all comes down to ONE thing, and that is: WHO YOU ARE WHEN YOU SET THE GOALS VERSUS WHO YOU BECOME AFTER THE THOSE GOALS HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.
You spend so much time worrying about the goals themselves, but how much tome do you spend working on your own transformation?
The person you are now, is incapable of achieving those goals; for things to change, you MUST change with them. Goals make us into different people. The person I was on January 1st this year, is not the same person I am today.
Goals take us from Point A to Point B in our lives. This process is called TRANSFORMATION and it is different for everybody. So, how do you begin the process of transformation so that at the end of 2023, you not only become a different person, you find your goals achieved?
