120 Broadway and the Bolshevik Revolution

As mentioned in the previous post, the American International Corporation was set up in 1915 by Frank Vanderlip, amongst others, who was also instrumental in setting up the Federal Reserve in 1913.

Here attached are 9 pages from Antony Sutton's book: "Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution" p125-p133 that talks about how significant the Equitable Life Building at 120 Broadway was. Page 133 shows a list of what companies were present in the building: the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, American International Corporation, General Electric, Guggenheim Exploration to name a few.

In his later book: "Wall Street and FDR", Sutton points out that in 1921, Franklin D. Roosevelt worked for Fidelity and Deposit Company and became it's vice-president. Also located at 120 Broadway.

120 Broadway was also an address that was highly relevant to the rise of Adolf Hitler and american funding of the nazis.

120 Broadway and the Pilgrims Society

What isn't covered by Antony Sutton in his books or by Richard Grove in his video is the fact that ever since the creation of the New York branch of the Pilgrims Society in 1903, the NY Pilgrims used the Lawyers' Club and the Bankers' Club.

Attached are a few pages from: "The Pilgrims Society and Public Diplomacy: 1895 - 1945" by Stephen Bowman, a lecturer at the University of the Highlands and Islands and a researcher with a particular focus on Scottish-American connections in which he describes that between 1903 and 1912, the Pilgrims had their meetings at the Lawyers' Club located at 120 Broadway which then moved to 115 Broadway due to a fire.

In 1915, same year as the creation of AIC, when the building at 120 Broadway was refurbished, the Pilgrims went back to the building and their meetings were hosted in the Bankers' Club.
