Digital COVID Certificates (Wallets) "will be applicable for all 27 member states as of 1st July 2021".

Belgium was so excited it applied for an early roll out. Doesn't sound at all like they are testing it out on a smaller nation...

Conditions to get a certificate, anybody that:
- gets "vaccinated"
- Tests negative
- Recovers from COVID.

Questions for Ursula:
- Precisely, what do these certificates "allow" you to do?
- What happens to people that exercise their right to not have a medical procedure? Do they get treated differently?

What is interesting is they make it sound like getting a certificate is a privilege or a desirable objective like qualifying to be part of a raffle to win a car and 15 members want it now now now as if they can't wait till 1st July to have it.

The Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre (DCDC) is the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence’s think tank.

It was originally called the Joint Doctrine and Concepts Centre and was established as a result of the 1998 Strategic Defence Review.

"Our Futures Team, in collaboration with its global network, considers what the future might look like in 20 to 30 years’ time and publishes its thoughts and findings through its Strategic Trends Programme.
The output of the work is primarily through its two major publications: Global Strategic Trends and the Future Operating Environment."

In DCDC's most recent publication (2018) "Global Strategic Trends: The future starts today (sixth edition)", they look out 30 years and identify "16 focus areas where the potential for profound change to humanity is high, and describe a series of short alternative future scenarios."

In the executive summary they state:
"From this analysis a central idea has emerged: the rate of change and level of uncertainty may outpace good governance and unity." p.15

Here attached is page 16, a shocker.

We've noticed that the DCDC being a think-tank stays clear as much as possible from political opinions.

To illustrate this observation, page 16 would be so easily summed up by saying: "There is a high chance that Mussolini's fascism defined as the state merging with private industry will make a come-back or perhaps we'll see technocracy making the state redundant."

Those 2 words are probably not very popular and marketable and are perhaps a desired outcome.

The DCDC's biggest areas of concerns are on "harnessing A.I." and the "erosion of state sovereignty".

What are governments doing about it? Who is causing the erosion of state sovereignty? Are the people turning their backs on government? Are we seeing people not use government services anymore? Or is it primarily corporations that are in the driving seat with the intelligence agencies and the military, leaving ministers and "lawmakers" powerless and the people without a voice?

Geoengineering for warfare purposes is illegal because they don't/didn't know what wider effects it could have on the rest of the world (butterfly effect) but it's okay to use to "save the planet"...

Rice University, Texas, USA announced in May 2019 that it had received funding from DARPA.

$18 million was given to fund research into "brain-to-brain communication at the speed of thought and without brain surgery" and in January 2021, they gave and extra $8 million.
The lead investigator of the MOANA Project is a man named Jacob Robinson. He is seen in the video above.
The project is described as "a nonsurgical device capable of both decoding neural activity in one person’s visual cortex and recreating it in another’s."

We could consider this to be some form of 'telepathy' with a piece of tech.

In their trials with insects, seen at the 1:55 mark in the video above, they used nanoparticles as a conductor to 'stimulate' (control?) the brain with magnetic fields. The Guardian wrote an article about that technology.
Is this really about a nonsurgical device?

Jacob clearly says that short term it's to help patients and long term is to "help people control autonomous vehicles".

The new world religion

In the previous post, James Corbett spoke about how people venerated politicians and that recently with the Q-Anon movement it seems to have made people go further into their fanaticism, compartmentalising society even more.

Race, sex & gender, sexual orientation, religion, abortions, viruses, parenthood, lockdowns, masks, "vaccines", disabilities, police enforcement methods, immigration, human rights, corporate activism/non-activism, the climate, science... all of these have been politicised to such an extent that people are now scared to talk to each other at the bus stop.

One could try to break the ice by mentioning that they have been censored on social media, but that may also have social stigmas attached to it and would show "undesirable political affiliations".

Inspite of all of this, we are still not talking about the actors that have politicised these subjects: The global elite, their presstitutes and their paid activist dogs.
(to quote the legendary financial trend forecaster and eloquent Gerald Celente)

As the population is distracted by all these manufactured problems, the elites are preparing the next stages of the Great Reset and more than likely, it will get worse for people and only when enough have suffered will we see uniting moments presented with "double-edged sword solutions".

This brings us to a 1 June 2021"news" headline.

The Independent: "Obama predicts ‘new religions’ could arise if proof of aliens discovered."

Any day now, we are expecting a "UFO" report to be released.

What to expect? Not much, but one can probably expect a bit of a show to distract and entertain the people from the real issues at hand.

When asked about UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) and ALFs (alien life form), Obama did give a little hint as to what (politics) could come out of the show.

He said:
"no doubt there would be immediate arguments about like, well, we need to spend a lot more money on weapons systems to defend ourselves. New religions would pop up and who knows what kind of arguments we get into. We’re good at manufacturing arguments for each other.”

Indeed, if politicians are the opportunistic type of people then they could use an "alien mirage" to justify power grabs, the implementation of new measures that would benefit the elite and use it as a "unifying moment for all to get behind."

A new world religion? Yes, there have been talks about that in the past.

The Washington Times wrote a piece in March 2020 about how, through sly wording, the United Nations may be attempting to progressively legislate religious beliefs placing governments above God.
