👋 Hey Good Morning I got something for you 👇
ሰላም! 👋

I'm Zeamanuel, and I'm researching how Ethiopian freelancers work with local clients.

I'm looking for freelancers (graphic designers, web developers, content writers, photographers, social media managers, etc.) who:

📌 Have 1-5 years freelancing experience
📌 Work with Ethiopian clients (not just international)
📌 Recently completed a project (last 3 months)
📌 Have faced payment delays OR work without written contracts

🎁 Gift for participating:
- Ethio Telecom: 2800 Minutes + 20 GB
- Safaricom: 40 GB

It's just a 60-minute conversation - no selling, just honest questions about your experience.

Your insights will help build Hisab, a tool designed specifically for Ethiopian freelancers.

Interested? DM me or comment below!

You will lose your mom within 6 weeks unless...

Just watch the scene and come back

I was watching a movie(Fight Club) in the middle of mid-exam and let me share you what I learned

In the scene, Tyler forces the shopkeeper to confront the truth:
he’s been living far below his potential because he never had a strong enough reason or a real deadline to change.

1. A strong reason awakens hidden capability

When you finally know why you want something.. your dream, your goal, your future.. you tap into a level of energy and discipline you didn’t know you had.

Most people are not lazy; they’re uninspired.

2. Deadlines transform intention into action

A dream without a deadline stays a dream.
A deadline brings urgency, clarity, and focus.
You start doing in days what you delayed for years.

3. Comfort kills ambition

The shopkeeper didn’t change because nothing forced him to.
Real growth happens when you step out of the comfortable, predictable loop of daily life and face something that matters enough to scare you a little.

4. You don’t need a gun to your head... just honesty

Be brutally honest with yourself:
What do you actually want?
What would you pursue if you knew failure wasn’t an option?

If you had 3 weeks to start, what would be the first step?

5. Pressure is a tool, not a threat

The right amount of pressure doesn’t destroy you... it activates you.

Give yourself a serious reason and a real deadline,
and you’ll see you’re capable of far more than you thought.
