We would like to inform you that the OneUp Samarkand Trip has been rescheduled to November 8.

📍 Reason: Due to the ongoing international summit in Samarkand, several main roads are temporarily closed. This may cause movement restrictions and inconvenience during the trip.

At OneUp, we are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable, safe, and unforgettable experience for every participant. Therefore, this decision was made to guarantee the highest quality and convenience throughout your journey.

According to unofficial reports, the summit planned to take place in Samarkand was initially expected to conclude earlier.

However, official information confirms that the 43rd UNESCO General Conference will be held in Samarkand from October 30 to November 14. Due to this, most of the main roads in Samarkand will be closed, as announced by official authorities.

Taking this into consideration, OneUp Events and the Student Council sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would like to inform you that the Samarkand Trip has been rescheduled to November 15.

We truly hope this will be the final date change and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Bizga yetib kelgan norasmiy ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, Samarqand shahrida o‘tkazilishi rejalashtirilgan sammit avvalroq yakunlanishi kutilgan edi.

Biroq rasmiy ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, UNESCO Bosh konferensiyasining 43-sammiti 30-oktabrdan 14-noyabrgacha Samarqand shahrida bo‘lib o‘tadi. Shu sababli, shahardagi asosiy yo‘llar yopilishi rasmiy tashkilotlar tomonidan ma’lum qilindi.

Shu munosabat bilan OneUp Events va Student Council yuzaga kelgan noqulayliklar uchun uzr so‘ragan holda, Samarqand tripi 15-noyabrga qoldirilganini ma’lum qiladi.

Umid qilamizki, bu so‘nggi o‘zgarish bo‘ladi va sizning tushunishingiz uchun tashakkur bildiramiz.

Har qanday noqulaylik, savol yoki biletni qaytarish (refund) bo‘yicha A115 xonasiga yoki @oneupevents_admin ga murojaat qilishingiz mumkin.
