One Two One Two to Join the SCB Innovation Hub in Portugal! 🎉

We're so happy to share that our startup has been selected to be part of the SC Braga family. Our CEO, Oleksii Zhukovin, is now joining in at the Hub's activities at the famous Estadio Municipal de Braga.

The SCB Innovation Hub is a leading sports tech program in Portugal and we're thrilled to be included. We're diving into teamwork with SC Braga, learning loads at bootcamps run by StartupBraga, and really excited for what's coming.

We're also getting guidance from experts at Microsoft and the Global Sports Innovation Center, who help our startup grow even more.

We see a challenge that athletes and clubs are facing: lack of life skills. Athletes sometimes don't have the life skills they need. This can make life tough for them and can also cause problems for their clubs. We thought hard about this, and we came up with a solution: One Two One Two 🟣

Our platform makes learning easy and fun for athletes. We've turned the learning process into a game, so it's enjoyable and simple for athletes to pick up the soft skills they need.

🧩 Here's how it works: we set up a learning environment that feels like a chat app. Athletes chat with all kinds of people, from teammates to journalists. They make decisions in different situations, and they can see what happens when they make a mistake. This helps them learn in a practical way!

Monique brings extensive experience in driving business and board performance through strategic people development and robust governance. With a 28-year track record as a strategic leadership consultant, Monique combines her consulting expertise with a portfolio of influential board positions.
She has served as a Non-Executive Director for Premier League Club Brentford FC, championing and leading their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives, and Chairing the EDI and Wellbeing sub-committee. Monique is also a board director for Women in Football, where she chairs the Professional Development committee.

Her work spans public organizations, blue-chip corporates, and education sectors where she has been instrumental in achieving board and operational excellence. She advises on member and trustee diversity, senior leadership and executive performance management processes and metrics, while also guiding the implementation of core business policies and risk mitigation strategies.

Monique is known for her strong commercial acumen as a business owner and consultant, which she utilizes to drive strategic culture change at all levels of seniority. Her passion lies in championing diversity and changing attitudes towards inclusion, unlocking opportunities for individuals and value for businesses.
