The World Economic Forum (WEF) recently revealed plans to ban cash and transition consumers to a digital system, including the Covid pandemic. Central Bank Governor of Bahrain, Khalid Humaidan, emphasized that ordinary people cannot be trusted to spend their money, and the elites are working to eliminate cash entirely. Humaidan also promised the general public would accept the transition to a digital currency.

Essentially, Nuland laments that Russia and China refused to be subordinate to the the Anglo-American Empire:
