Learning from the seasons and cycles of life has been good medicine for me.
As of recently, I've started to take mid morning naps.
For a while I resisted the extra rest because there are remnants of the "be productive and efficient" program gasping for their last breaths.
However, being in bioresonance therapy has confirmed the adrenal and kidney fatigue I'm experiencing, which is a call from my body to rest and nourish even more.
Sure, I could find something to clean up within or without, AND is that truly what will help me become my beat version right now?
Listening to the cues from the body does not mean one is broken; it means something is out of alignment and asking to be realigned.
So I relish these mid-morning naps, and my body is thanking me with feeling revitalized bit by bit.
