You cannot catch a virus 🦠, a “virus” is created within the cells of the body when the cells are detoxifying from processed gmo foods, heavy metals, plastics, toxins and chemicals, Mostly from house hold detergents, chemtrails, Vaccines, junk foods, pharmaceuticals, tap water.
processed foods are bad for you, try to eat organic fruits and vegetables and fast regularly.

Try to eat organic food, drink clean water. Distilled water 💦 is good for cleaning the cells within the body and taking toxins out.
The only way you can catch an outside “virus” is if it’s injected into you. 🤦🏽
