A significant victory for the Administration. Notably, the Eighth Circuit reversed Judge Katherine Menendez, who is the same judge reviewing an even more sweeping effort to enjoin ICE operations.
In my view, that demand is flagrantly unconstitutional.

If they lied about this and everything else we know, especially with the pallets of cash to Iran from Obama for the "trophy kill" theory, what stops them lying about this? No pictures, and explains why they would do a burial at sea, which was NEVER done before or after. I leave this up to you, just remember, there are no coincidences and we've been lied to about way worse situations and events.
