The parents of Alex Pretti say their son quit his hospital job months ago and had shown “unusual behavior” recently. “He seemed to have joined some kind of group. We warned him two weeks ago — protest if you want, but don’t engage, don’t do anything stupid,” his father, Michael Pretti, told reporters. “He said he understood.” But it wasn’t until police pulled messages from Alex’s phone that the truth began to emerge — and what investigators found.

It seems that Pretti's parents didn't want him participating. It seems Pretti allegedly scrubbed his social media presence one day prior to his actions leading to his death. When you make decisions based on emotions, you make poor decisions. He made bad decisions.

But rights come with restrictions, you need your ID & permit on you. Reports say Pretti had neither.

Equal Justice My Ass! Democrats and Republicans Are Just Different Wings of the Same Rotting, Rancid Bird. They Do Not Support Trump or MAGA!

Following a series of judicial beatdowns, the DOJ has “withdrawn its request for the chief federal judge in Minnesota to issue arrest warrants for the journalist Don Lemon and four other people in connection with a protest at a church in St. Paul, Minn., earlier this month.

1. A federal magistrate judge (Douglas Micko) initially declined to approve criminal complaints/arrest warrants for Don Lemon, his producer, and several others. The judge did approve warrants for three alleged protest leaders (including civil rights attorney Nekima Levy Armstrong, St. Paul school board member Chauntyll Louisa Allen, and William Kelly), who were arrested but later released in some cases.

2. The DOJ then pursued an unusual/emergency appeal to higher courts, including asking the chief district judge and ultimately the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to compel the issuance of warrants (potentially under charges related to interfering with religious freedom or similar, tied to the FACE Act or civil rights statutes). A panel rejected this effort, with some reports noting that at least one judge acknowledged probable cause existed but declined to force the action.

With those avenues blocked, the DOJ has now formally withdrawn the specific request for judicial intervention on the warrants.

The Trump Administration has no cards to play against the activist judiciary. MAGA keeps crying, "Make arrests!" but the judges keep obstructing. Congress and the Senate refuse to impeach because they are in on the judicial overreach, preferring to just wait out Trump.
