There has been 21 consistent desenting votes in the previous 11 roll calls.

These 21 may be categorized as good or neutral leaning good. This leaves us with 414 evil representatives (sounds about right).

After the arm wrenching we now only have 7 desenters... Maybe these are the only good or a com of who can't be paid off.
