It is the day before Christmas and I am announcing that I will be posting my morning posts less and not daily as I've always done. I am taking a holiday break and will be sending my messages only once for the workweek on Monday and only once for the weekend on Friday. My family has my priority now. So the upcoming fortnight, starting this weekend, I will be posting, but as minimal as possible. I suggest that you also takes a break from devices as much as you possibly can to spend that time outside of them all with the ones you love. Christmas is almost here & it's important to put family life above all else in this time. It'll help us prepare for mental challenges that may be ahead. Stay focused on your family this upcoming week & the weeks after. It'll benefit you to recharge with them 🤗 Laugh, dance, hug & sing together. Stay well grounded & heart centered 🌺
