This is a story which happend many times on the earth and will happen again. This planet is not a prison planet but a school, and where we are in right now is the last bit of the cycle before the new school year starts.

It is true that the cabal has done horrible thing in the D.U.M.B's, but it was more like a district that was theirs, the so called dark cities.

All three factions were/are present in the D.U.M.B's along side extra terrestrial beeings. Yes, 3 factions, not only do we have the white and black hats, there also is another faction. This faction is the true leader of the bunch and Q is part of that faction among other big players.
