The 4 year delta is confirming todays press conference and letting us know we got our stringer 2 days ago.
So I start digging thru news articles and decodes from 12/19. No idea what I’m looking for and then, only God knows why, I thought to check the S&P 500 closing price. +1.78> So I look at drop 178. And I realize it’s saying the same thing as drop 417.
Then it hit me!
Navy> “Maverick”.
2 Days prior> look at drop 373> it’s just a bunch of Stringers> which has Maverick!!!
Now go back to drop 178!
“Who was the pilot ? > Bad actor”
It’s Tom cruise ! Maverick!> It was our hint to find the stringer!!!
There’s way more layers to this , I don’t want to confuse you to too much.

Yes, this new law is an extension added to paper currency exchanges. This edition to an old law is completed, and it awaits implementation through Basel 4 in January 2023.
