Here is HR 6227... it is indicated in his EPISODE 30.
1. They introed it then amended by science, space and tech...weird.
2. Passed the bill by VOICE TEXT and through unanimous consent all in one day.
3. Three mo later the Senate gets together and passes the bill with agreement under the same Unanimous Consent but the vote 348-11 (which has to be house action vote).
4. It was signed into law.
They didn't debate this at all. It is a plan to bring science and NIS (national Institute of Standards) under the auspices...but why?
Technology applications? Think NESARA and the QFS that changes ALL things such as the money systems (BASEL III Compliance), QFS for voting. Realize also that this comes after EO 13818 (Crimes against humanity taking their property or bankrupting the Cabal) and EO13848 (more crimes against fixing elections).
There...you have the backbones more of how the NESARA came into the senate/congress and White House. This thing is legal folks!
