With this video I'd like to remind you of the importance of not losing your playfulness. It's what keeps you balanced without even noticing it. Life doesn't have to be serious all the time. It even needs the opposite to be well balanced. Same thing goes for positivity versus negativity.
The positive within you can only thrive when the negative within you is released right away.
When you don't release negativity immediately, it builds up in your body where it forms blockages. Either emotional or physical. Do create an interval right before an outburst of anger where you count from one till ten. This is to lose the biggest sharpness wherein you may do or say things you'll later regret as it provides you the opportunity to observe the anger so you can formulate in a more constructive way rather than a destructive one. And when all is cleared, peace returns.
