Your enemies have used many things to distract and deceive while trying to destroy anything good from Me that was for you. Yes, they are trying their best to financially enslave the world, start wars in various places to create havoc and destruction, and bring fear to all nations, including the United States. Fear, anger and sadness
may just be there.

that when you're going to walk the
spiritual path you won't be allowed
to feel these emotions anymore,

by the situations in your life
to respond with emotions.
Sadness, fear and anger
have a function,

or to be sad or anxious.
The question is
what do you do with it
if you can find out
why those emotions arise,
and how you let it
flow in your life.
When you're super angry
you can take it out on someone else
and take the other into your anger.
This way you increase the energy.
The same goes for sadness or fear.
You can push it away and think
"I can't feel this", but just by
pushing it away it keeps
coming back.
In every emotion there's also
a treasure hidden.
And you can find the treasure only
when you take the time to find out
why they come up in you,
you will have to lay them before you,
have to give them permission
to be there.
Emotions then fade,
the sharpness will be lifted up
when you become the observer.
Because when you become the observer
you are no longer that emotion
but you have that emotion.
And when you have an emotion,
you can decide what to do with it.
