Wrong information by Fox News.
I did not file in the Court of Appeals…we went straight to the Supreme Court as an original filing. Mr. Craig, Mr.Johnson, and Mr. Markey were denied appeal…operative word appeal. As I said our case is different.
So Fox News is wrong…My case is still active in the Supreme Court…and we are waiting.
Don’t believe most of what MSM puts out. They owe a retraction and apology.
Kinda wondering about the accuracy of FOX news now? Anyone have a FOX news contact…let them know plz.
