Changelog:
- Removed the option to change JPEG quality because, after having ported Synthetic Fill Flash, I had to force Pixel 3 UI (that breaks JPEG quality option). Anyway, the difference isn't noticable
- Fixed NS on Moto X4
- Added saturation fix of OP7 (thanks Arnova)
- Added monochrome in preview
- Removed tap-to-focus option because it caused instability and several bugs on OP5/5T
- Cleaned up code
