💥روش پیگیری کد رجیستری برای کسایی که خرید پستی داشتند و هنوز کد فعالسازی دریافت نکردند💥

۱. وارد سایت گمرک به نشانی http://help.irica.ir شوید.
۲. در قسمت بالا سمت چپ صفحه بازشده بر روی لینک ثبت نام کلیک نمایید.
۳. کدملی، تاریخ تولد و تلفن همراه خود را وارد نمایید و ثبت نام کنید.
۴. در صفحه ورود، از کدملی به عنوان نام کاربری استفاده نموده و رمز عبور نیز بر روی تلفن همراهتان ارسال میگردد.
۵. از مربع‌های پایین صفحه، "درخواست رجیستری" را انتخاب نموده
۶. موضوع درخواست را "درخواست کد رجیستری" وارد نموده
۷. در متن پیام مشکل پیش آمده را شرح دهید.عکس پشت جعبه گوشی و عکس پته گمرکی پیوست کنید و جلو هر عکس توضیحات بنویسید. اطلاعات خواسته شده را وارد کنید مثل شناسه پرداخت ، IMEI 1 ، IMEI 2 ، و ...
۸. پیام ثبت و تایید کنید.
